Your responsibilities at Anjia Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG
- Professional project presentations and on-site viewings in our marketing suites or in the office
- Sales primarily from plans
- Analysis of customer needs
- Continuous contact management and customer service from the initial contact to the processing of special requests and handover of the apartment
- Preparation and support for notary appointments and after-sales
- Documentation of all activities in our industry-specific database
Your profile
- Completed vocational training or university degree, preferably in the real estate industry
- Proven several years of successful sales experience
- Above-average communication skills, enjoyment of working with people, and the ability to work as a team
- High level of commitment and independent work ethic
- Enjoy selling and dealing with demanding customers
- Fluent in MS Office
- Fluent written and spoken English is required
- Good regional knowledge and networking
